Attention DFWABA members! Don't forget to mark your calendars for April 20, 2023 at 6pm. We'll be hosting a CPE session on the importance of soft skills for financial and business professionals. Presented by our very own Xavier Spencer, Community Affairs co-director. As experts in your respective fields, you already possess the technical skills necessary to excel in your careers. But the "soft" skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and emotional intelligence are what set you apart from the competition. Join us for an evening of learning and networking, where Xavier will share strategies for cultivating and leveraging your soft skills. Strengthen your professional development and enhance your career trajectory by attending this must-attend event. See you there!

Description: For a quarter century, Wish Night has drawn the Make-A-Wish North Texas community together to honor and celebrate the power of HOPE in the lives of children and families battling critical illness.
Our job as volunteers will consist of the tear down process after the Wish Night event has ended. The volunteer event will start at 9:30pm and will go until we finish, likely around midnight. As a bonus for volunteering, we will be able to enjoy a high-tech drone show and a musical performance from a previous winner on "The Voice", Maelyn Jarmon. This volunteer event has limited spots, 4-6 people. We will disable registration once the limit has been reached.
Purpose: Honor the kids battling critical illnesses
Date/Time: (Saturday) May 13th, 2023/ 9:30pm - Midnight
